Return and Refund Policy
Please note the following:
Costumes are sold as is and as such there are No refunds.
All deposits are non-refundable. If the final payment is not fulfilled by the deadline, Ayla Creations Ltd, reserves the right to sell the costume to another masquerader.
In the unlikely event that Notting Hill Carnival is postponed or cancelled due to an unforeseeable natural disaster or act of God, any monies paid will rolled over to the following year.
